I am currently Affiliate Faculty and Director of Clinical Training at Antioch University New England. My focus is on the integration of expressive arts and Drama Therapy with Dance/Movement Therapy, within the Social Justice lens on which the faculty at Antioch is focusing. In my private practice, I am currently focusing on group work with Adults with “intellectual exceptionalities” and supervising post-graduate DMTs working toward their BC-DMT certification. My practice has also applied applications of spirituality, BodyMind Centering™, and Somatic Movement Therapy to work with LGBTQIA+ clients and clients with anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders.
Outside of DMT, I enjoy singing with the local opera company and gardening.

My DMT work currently involves working with long-term Burn Survivor care and recovery. I have created a program called “Social Connections” through my internship which includes social and emotional support to Burn Survivors, families, and their caretakers that offers opportunities to move, create art, connect with music and nature. Social Connections is simply organized “get-togethers” connecting one burn survivor to another who have gone through similar experiences. Eventually, I hope the program will expand into a successful integration into community life. Many of the organized events take place virtually at this time.
Outside DMT, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs Gigi and Shiva! I reach for my sketch book and take walks for self-care.
